Hi there iv had the same problem loads of times. I usually open the unit from the top and slowly push out the cd. This only works on some cd players. If you have an error you would probably need to get the cd player looked at.
there is no way to fix this yourself. If the cd player is still under warranty then I suggest to have it sent back for repairs and if they can't fix the problem then they normally will replace the player and even send back with it the cd. otherwise you should just take apart the cd player and get the cd yourself. then buy a new player.
