SOURCE: Arrow T-50 stapler

Take out the screw/nut combo @ the end of the gun where you load the staples. The whole rail that holds the staples will then come out and you can then get the little devils of the nested, jammed, rousted up staples out by sliding them out with a screwdriver. Don't jam the screwdriver into your fingers/hand when doing it.

Where can I get a couple Panasonic AS-500 Commercial Staplers repaired? Have tried calling Panasonic at 1-800-405-0652 option 4 but got nowhere.

This is a rather rare request, as very few places fix staplers.
I should recommend you find a "handy-man", maybe an older person with a hobby, and he may be able to help you.
I fix staplers, but have only been successful about 50% of the time.
God bless your efforts.

There could be a piece of a broken staple jammed in the stapling mechanism. I checked mine and there are two screws on the bottom that can be removed to expose the interior. The broken staple jam occurs often with mechanical staplers so the electrics probably have similar failures.

You need to open the stapler from the back. Push the black piece at the back of the stapler in, then pull it up and out. Remove the jammed staples, and reinstall. Make sure you use the correct staple . It appears to be: SWINGLINE 35550 HIGH CAPACITY STAPLES, 3/8"

How to repair jammed arrow electo matic staple gun

You'll have to disassemble it. There is probably a staple lodged in the "hammer" mechanism on the business end of the stapler.

Often, these staple are very difficult to remove -- a very small flat-tip screwdriver and needle-nose pliers usually work best.

After you get all the jammed staples out, lubricate all moving parts with something akin to 3-IN-1 machine oil. This should prevent future jams.

I have a stenco sns 41 stapler that double fires and then jams.

Make sure your air is regulated down to the right pressure ( usually 80lbs. ) also there is a way to staple without double firing and that is to hold finger on trigger and tap gun like a hammer but a lot lighter. You can also adjust the safety on the nose of the gun. I believe there is a screw on the front side to loosen and adjust the safety. As far as the manual, just go on their website and get on to download, because they are free always.
