When it comes to error 62 resetting the unit probably won't work. Because the NG1/lo is INSIDE the heater it is subject to significant hot / cold temperature fluctuations - causing crystallisation in soldered joints on the PC board and a loss of electrical continuity.

Error Code 71 is caused by either of the following: 1. A very low setting on the controller less than 16 degs. 2. Or a higher than 25 degs. setting causing overheating when the damper outlets are mostly closed.
The power supply needs to be reset due to the fault being detected.
