I have also done software update. and when i have done default restorary setting it is ask security code. i have lost my security code. how i can got my phone security code is default or reset default setting.

ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 000999 or 1122
Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.

please backup all your data then download the nokia software updater then update your phone software [or re install if update is not available for your modal ] it will reset your phone to defaults security codes

If it's asking security code.....Default code will be 12345 try the following *You will get the master code from http://www.nokialockcode.com/mastercode.php

*you can flash your phone to reset the security code to 12345

To flash you need *USB cable compatible with your handset *A Computer *PC suite of your handset *Internet connection(Min speed 1Mbps)

To flash *Install the PC suite *Connect to USB *Open the PC suit *Select UPDATE PHONE SOFTWARE(dowload the Nokkia Software updater by selecting this option) *Install the "NOKIA Software Updater" *Select Update**....(It takes 10-30 Mins)
**Please don't disconnect while updation process


If it's asking PIN CODE *Default code will be 0000 *Enter the any numbers 3 times and your sim will locks and asks for PUK code.Now contact network operators customer care they will provide your PUK code

If you bought the phone new and the default 12345 does not work, then the security code should be in the papers you received with the phone or maybe printed on the box.

If you bought it second hand then the previous owner should be able to help you.

Otherwise you'll have to take the phone to your nearest service provider with proof that you are its owner (invoice in your name with the phone's IMEI number, and photo ID) and they'll be able to reset the security code for you. Do a backup before having this done because it might entail a full reset of the phone, which will erase all your data.

Alternatively, you could attempt a firmware update with LG Software Updater. A firmware update often resets the security code back to the factory default (but not on all models).

IF YOU VE FORGOTTEN THE SECURITY CODE YOU HAVE SET,the only solution is to flash ur phone software from the nearest NOKIA serice centre,it also updates your mobile software which increases the mobile speed....

Default security code is 12345. But if u changed it n forgot it the do the following steps.

Download & use Nemesis Security Suite. For more info watch this video

When u get the security code. type *#7780#. & enter the code that is shown by the Nemesis Security Suite.

if its not been changed before then it is still the preset code which is 12345... you have 3 Attempt anyway... its the code i use to restore factory setting on most nokia phones.
