Hitachi backup saysproblem in windows 7 due to bit locker

You will always have problems to backup encripted drives, unless the backup software specifically supports the encryption software.

Usually you can to try to "mount" the drive as a unencrypted drive and run the backup on that drive.

Alternatively, use HD partition backup software (ex: DriveSnapshot, EaseUS, Paragon, etc...).

How to Create a Donate Button

Want to create a "Donate Button" for your website?

Here are 6 easy steps to do it.

1.Log into your PayPal account.

2.Click the Merchant Tools tab, and then click Donations (under Website Payments).

3.Fill in a name and ID number, if you wish. A Donate Now button's name and ID number, like the Item Name/Service and Item ID/Number in a Buy Now button, let you and your contributors identify payments. By using different numbers and descriptions, you can place a number of buttons on your site, each soliciting donations to different programs.

4.Enter an amount or leave blank if you want your donors to enter an amount themselves. Either way, you'll need to select a currency in which donations will be made.

5.Choose from the selection of PayPal donation buttons, or specify the URL of your own button image.

6.Choose the encrypted or unencrypted version of the button. If you're not sure which one to use, choose the unencrypted version; you can replace it later with an encrypted one once your button is functioning. Unencrypted buttons are plain HTML forms—easy to read, understand, and modify. An encrypted button, on the other hand, is inscrutable to anyone but the PayPal system and impossible to modify or customize. While unencrypted buttons can be created with any software tool, encrypted buttons can, at the time of this writing, be created only with the PayPal system's Merchant Tools. Encrypted buttons can be useful in some situations, such as to protect your email address from spammers. Openness, however, is usually best in this case.

Click "Create Button Now" when you're done.

The HTML code generated for your button is found in a textarea box on the next page. Just select its contents, press Ctrl-C to copy the text to the clipboard, and then paste the text into your web page.

My ds lite wont connect to our internet i have a wireless router the ds says the security settings are not supported by the nintendo ds

WPA and WPA2 are not supported by the DS Lite, only WEP and unencrypted wifi connections are. There is no known way at the moment to make the DS Lite support WPA of any form so your only three options are to go to WEP encryption, use no encryption (not recommended), or set up an adhoc connection on a computer with that is connected to your router that has internet connection sharing enabled.

IMAG0494.jpg.3a737982, its not opening

Dear Friend,

Apparently the file is encrypted and can be decrypted only on the handset it was encrypted on.

To prevent getting such file type in the future, follow this procedure

Start>Settings>System Tab>Encryption

UnCheck on encryption and after this you will get only normal (Unencrypted file).

I have HTC Viva touch phone, how to convert MENC file to jpeg.

Go to Start, Settings, System, Encryption (or someplace similar) and uncheck the “Encrypt files when placed on a storage card” box. Now all NEW files will be in-the-clear, but existing files will still be encrypted. (Don’t forget to toggle this back when you’re done if you want to.) Next, navigate to your File Explorer, then to your Storage Card. Make a new folder (name it something obvious like “Unencrypted Stuff”). Now, find whatever files you want to unencrypt and move (or copy) them into this folder. You can now pop your storage card out and read them on any other computer (or on any phone for that matter). You also freed up between 8K and 16K per encrypted file. I believe it helps. Its easy and workable. :) Cheers!!

I set encryption on a drive and can't take it off

Yes changing your SID will cause this. The SID is a unique identifier that is given to objects. If you delete an account and then rename it the same name it will have a different SID.

This will help, rate me fixya. thanks. Passwords
  • Remember passwords for sites: Firefox can securely save passwords you enter in web forms to make it easier to log on to websites. Clear this checkbox to prevent Firefox from remembering your passwords.
    • Even with this optionpreference checked, however, you'll still be asked whether to save passwords for a site when you first visit it. If you select Never for This Site, that site will be added to an exceptions list. To access that list or to remove sites from it, click the Exceptions... button.
  • Use a master password: Firefox can protect sensitive information such as saved passwords and certificates by encrypting them using a master password. If you create a master password, each time you start Firefox, it will ask you to enter the password the first time it needs to access a certificate or stored password. You can set, change, or remove the master password by checking or unchecking this optionpreference or by clicking the Change Master Password... button. If a master password is already set, you will need to enter it in order to change or remove the master password.

  • Show Passwords...: You can manage saved passwords and delete individual passwords by clicking the Show Passwords... button.

  • I am about to view an encrypted page: When this optionpreference is enabled, Firefox will notify you every time you are about to view an encrypted page.
  • I am about to view a page that uses low-grade encryption: With this optionpreference enabled, Firefox will warn you when you visit a page which uses low-grade encryption.
  • I leave an encrypted page for one that isn't encrypted: With this optionpreference enabled, Firefox will warn you every time you move from an encrypted page to an unencrypted page either by selecting a link on the page, selecting a bookmark or typing a new address into the location bar.
  • I submit information that's not encrypted: When this optionpreference is enabled, Firefox will warn you when you submit data via a form that's not encrypted.
  • I'm about to view an encrypted page that contains some unencrypted information: With this optionpreference enabled, Firefox will warn you when the page you're viewing contains a mixture of encrypted and unencrypted content. If an encrypted page contains unencrypted data, you should verify the identity of the page you're viewing prior to entering sensitive data.

Receive Security Warning

So this is in your internet window? Pretty much all internet windows are unencrypted and unsafe. Use Outlook for encryption. It is more than likely is a generic XP warning window. Click on it and should just redirect you Yahoo. Yahoo mail, hotmail, gmail, they are all encrypted to a certain degree. Don't send passwords, bank account info, etc. through email though. Hope that helped.
