If you contact your service provider and tell them the make and model of phone you have got then ask them to send you the latest wap and mms settings, they wont charge for sending these and they will send them via text message and this will then update your phone to the latest settings and it will then allow you to do what you want to with your phone.

let me know if you need further assistance ok

plz rate this solution as i have a whole page of unrated posts, thanks

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

That has to be a configuration problem. you need to request for configuration settings from your service provider. when the settings is sent and you install it, you start browsing again. thanks

I just bought it new, and I wanted to browse facebook, but it say your internet connections is not activated for java connection. I dont know how to activate the phone internet for java connection

Hello,

Before you can start browsing on your phone, you will have to configure the internet of your phone to do so. To configure your internet, you will have to contact the service provider of your sim card and they will configure it for you automatically or give you the process to do so manually.

After configuration is when you can access facebook and other applications and websites using your phone.

Hope this helped.

You have only set this up on your phones GPRS Network Settings. You need to configure it in the Sony PC Suites Network Settings. Use the Vodafone GPRS Network settings in their and you will get a working Internet connecting from your phone.

Server 2003: what group policy to allow tabbed browsing for IE7?

First of all - what an excellent question! I felt challenged to find out and here is what I digged out:

The registry keys responsible for this settings are
  1. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\TabbedBrowsing
  2. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\TabbedBrowsing
The GPO's can be set on two levels:
  1. Computer Configuration / Administrative Templates / Windows Components / Internet Explorer
  2. User Configuration / Administrative Templates / Windows Components / Internet Explorer
Hope this helps!

INTERNET

To be able to browse the internet from your Chocolate, you’ll need to set up an access profile first. This tells the phone how to make the connection to the net, which you’ll probably want to do through GPRS for speed and cost effectiveness (but do check how much your provider will be charging).
Go to the main menu, then select browser , settings , profiles
If you don’t have a profile, or you simply want to add a new one, then press Options, Add New . You’ll be prompted for a profile name, choose anything you like – though I’d recommend naming after the network that you are setting it up for (e.g. O2 WAP)

You can configure your profile by selecting it in the profile list, pressing the Options softkey, then choosing Settings
Set the bearer (which is the method of connecting to the internet) to be GPRS by choosing the bearer, GPRS menus .
Next, go to the GPRS settings. Fill in the correct APN, User ID and Password for your network.
Finally, back in the profiles menu choose your profile name, press the options softkey and select Activate to make this the one that you’ll be using by default.
