You cannot just move your programs over, you need to install your programs using the various program installation CDs, because the installation process copies DLL files as well as putting data onto the registery file.
You can copy your data files from your HP PC to a USB memory stick and then plug this USB memory stick into the Dell's USB port and copy the data files to the various folders on the Dell PC.

Webcam wil not come up

Unfortunately this is a very confusing error, and one that does not really have a simple to write out answer. libiomp5.dll is a newer way of Intel accessing webcams, while libguide_40.dll is the old way of doing it. For some reason there is already a program using the older version of the file when your webcam program attempts to initiate the newer method. What program are you trying to use?

You need to delete any unnecessary files(like temporary internet files, cookies, cache, etc.)
To do so:
Download an application called "Ccleaner" and run the program and also you can disable many startup programs

Hi Dannymens921, you can download a program called WinDirStat that will tell you the folder size of each folder on any attached drive. You can use this to determine which folder has used up all the space on your computer. Be wary of deleting anything in the Windows folder or Program file folder. Edge

HP Pavilion d/2000 I accidently deleted the program which connects my pc to the internet wirelessly. Can you help me ? I've talked to a couple of pc experts and they said my wireless switch is broken and...

You will not loose pictures if you save them to right now to CD or DVD also to a USB stick as well get all of the photos and information off of the hard drive. Then take it in and let them repair the switch. You will not loose any files if you save them off of the hard disk first before taking it in they should not have to restore anything but the part itself not the whole operating system. Do not let them con you into that. The hard disk has nothing to do with the changing out of a switch. Thanks for using FixYa! John

Ok my issue is that I had a Dell Optiplex given to

Check your hard drive usage and capacity in the system properties before investing in a new hard drive -- sometimes malware can trick you into deleting programs and files. If you are running Windows XP or Vista, open the Start menu and click on My Computer (Computer, if you're running Vista). Right click on the C: drive and select Properties. It will show you how much space your hard drive has, and how much is being used.

If you really do have very little space, try to move large files like movies and music to external storage such as DVDs. You can also run the Disk Cleanup utility to delete temporary files and empty caches.

Keeping some space in c drive vacant is always recommended. Instead of moving program files you should move your audio and video files form drive having Windows in it.

Aquire disk imaging program such as norton ghost. Install 2nd, larger HDD into existing computer. Boot computer using ghost boot disk. "Image" existing HDD to newer, larger HDD.

Remove existing HDD. Set 'new' HDD to proper position (Master, etc).

Boot computer.

You shouldn't have lost anything unless you deleted it. Just by moving the computer will not lose any programs.
