Question about Canon Office Equipment & Supplies
This is most probably due to the quality of the call since it is international. Older fax machines and noisy overseas phone lines may cause the transmission to take a bit longer than you’re used to, but it should get there. You may want to try lowering the baud rate of your fax machine so that the connection is better. This can be done by going to your menu settings and then fax settings. You would want to select the lowest quality option and if there is an option for speed or baud rate, the slowest is best. Also, a true landline is the best method to fax with. If you are using a VOIP line like Vonage, or a line through your cable company, you may want to scan it and email the document. Good luck!!
