Question about JVC Televison & Video
You have to check the voltage MB ( 12Volt) and VT ( 0-33Volt) and UHF, VH, VL Voltage ( 5Volt) on Tuner if All the voltage are exist , that's mean the Tuner was damaged, you have to replace. You can ensure with this way : Please try to test with your Video (DVD) player, change to video system and see whether still the same result or not. if the same result you can replace the IC Video , please Find the IC with sign is bigger than the other.
