i put the cd in and it wont open i have tried about 7 times

I have the same problem and plug it in - and can't find it even with Vista..

I wasn't aware these required drivers. If you are using Windows 2000/XP/Vista plugging the frame in via USB will result in it showing up under My Computer.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
