Take a look into the manual for the new iphone ...the pin code should be in there ..just open the blue-tooth into the iphone 3 to be discoverable ..and after that insert the pin code from the manual ...
I will look to see if there is any universal initial code ..but I think that each device came already with its own and it is located for sure into the manual ..
also try the last four digits from the serial number of the device ..(ones or the others ..)

GPS signal not sufficient on iPhone 3G

Had the same problem with Navigon for the iPhone. I found a simple quick fix:

1. Go to your iPhone Settings
2. Press the General tab
3. Scroll to the bottom and press the Reset tab
4. Press the Reset Network Settings tab

This may take a short time, then after it's done, reboot your device (if it doesn't on its own).
You should now have a good GPS signal!

Tomtom 930 does not find Iphone 3g bluetooth for connection.

The following has worked for me FLAWLESSLY :

1) Remove any old "pairing information" that you may have both on the iPhone and on the TomTom - both should be "clean" not knowing about each other..

2) Put iPhone into airplane mode.

3) Go to settings, and turn on Bluetooth

4) Do the regular "search for bluetooth device" and pair the two
devices

5) Turn off airplane mode

After I did this, I have never had a problem with iPhone 3GS / Tomtom - they find each other now every time, and all is happy..
