SCREEN IS BLACK CAN NOT SEE SONGS

I have almost the same problem. With mine though,the screen is very dim and I cannot get it to brighten(even after changing it in the settings menu).

WizCall RCA, and find out if you are still in warranty. Except in rare locations like Philadelphia, there is no Mp3 repair svc that will fix this problem.
