My unit attaches to a brake with a round ball which snaps into the unit. It won't stay attached any more, keeps falling off of brakes, why ?

Hi, it looks like the bracket that you put the ball into has lost its spring in the plastic that helps to lock the ball . You could try wraping some paper round the ball and pressing it into the hole and see if that holds it in position . You may find a second hand one that the bracket is ok. Or last resort glue it into the position that you use the most.

How do I attach my garmin to my dash mount?

The Garmin Nuvi 255w comes with a three piece dash mounting kit. A round disk smooth on one side tape on the other to affix to the dash (most dashes ar textured and the suction cup will not hold to textures) a suction cup arm with a ball end, and a bracket with a receiver for the ball. Snap the bracket and arm together, this can take a little effort. mount the disk to your dash in a place that doesn't obstruct your view of the road. then place the arm/bracket on the disk and push the lever down creating suction to hold the mount to the dash.
Another option it the beanbag dash mounts that hold the arm without sticking to your dash.

How do I change the rear shock on my 1999 Dodge Neon?

  1. Raise and safely support the vehicle.
  2. Remove the wheel and tire assembly.
  3. Unfasten the retainer(s), then remove the hydraulic flex hose bracket from the strut bracket. If equipped with ABS, the wheel speed sensor cable routing clip is also attached to the strut assembly bracket.
  1. Support the rear knuckle, suspension and brake components before removing the clevis bracket-to-knuckle attaching bolts. Do NOT allow the weight of the knuckle and related components hang without support when the strut is removed.

  2. WARNING The knuckle-to-strut attaching bolts are serrated and must not be turned during removal. Remove the nuts while holding the bolts stationary in the knuckle.
  1. Hold the bolt with a wrench, then unfasten the 2 clevis bracket nuts attaching the strut to the knuckle.
Fig. Fig. 2: Location of the knuckle-to-clevis bracket bolts

  1. Carefully lower the vehicle, then open the trunk. Access to the rear upper strut mount-to-strut tower attaching bolts is through the trunk of the car.
  2. If necessary, remove the carpet from the top of the strut tower. Then, remove the rubber dust shield from the top of the strut tower for easier access to the upper strut nuts.
  1. Loosen, but do not remove the 4 upper strut mounting nuts. Then, while supporting the strut assembly, fully remove the 4 strut mount attaching nuts.
  1. Remove the strut assembly from the knuckle by sliding the knuckle out of the clevis bracket on the strut, then remove it from the vehicle.
Carefully pull the strut assembly out of the vehicle
To install:
  1. Position the strut back into the vehicle with the 4 studs on the strut mount assembly through holes in the strut tower of the vehicle. Install the 4 strut mount-to-body attaching nuts onto the mount studs. Tighten the nuts to 25 ft. lbs. (34 Nm).
  2. Install the dust shield into the opening on top of the strut tower. Install the carpeting back on top of the rear strut tower.
  3. Raise and safely support the vehicle.
  4. Install the knuckle into the clevis bracket on the strut assembly. Install the 2 clevis bracket-to-knuckle attaching bolts and nuts. Hold the bolts with a wrench while tightening the nuts to 70 ft. lbs. (95 Nm).
  5. Install the brake hose bracket to the strut bracket and secure with the retaining bolts. If equipped with ABS, the wheel speed sensor cable routing clip is also attached to the strut bracket.
  6. Install the wheel and tire assembly on the vehicle. Tighten the lug nuts evenly, in sequence, to 100 ft. lbs. (135 Nm).
  7. Carefully lower the vehicle.
  8. Have the toe checked and adjusted as necessary.

How do i remove the plastic mounting bracket from the tv?

Look for any screws that may be connected with the mounting bracket, keeping it attached to the tv. If you cannot find any screws visible then they may be hidden.
In this case, try to gently pry away any part of the mounting bracket that looks like it comes away from the tv. This may reveal screws or the mounting bracket may have simply been clipped in.

How does teh suction cup ball fit into the garming 360

Greetings,
There is a seperate black clip that should have come with your gps if you purchased it new. Here is a link to Amazon to get a better idea of what I am talking about:
https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?pID=8125#
If you have the clip then there is a round indent in it that requires a good measure of force to attach to the suction cup mount.
Take Care,
-WN

Problems with the window mount that comes with the Garmin 360

You just have to push the ball part on the window mount into the socket part that holds the GPS. It's pretty tight, so you have to press pretty hard.
