Question about GE JVM1640 Microwave Oven
Hi, this is a classic MW Magnetron, problem, usually when this happens, it is the magnetron, and or the High Power Diode that has failed.
Realistically, there are NO user serviceable parts in a MW, and they are VERY dangerous to self service.
I suggest that any monies you would have spent on repairing this unit would be better spent towards a NEW MW. with a warranty.
