Hi ihave some virues on my computer becuse of that i am having trouble going to internat and i want to reboot my system i want my computer to its orginal programs and clear all files my computer

Restore to the earliest date you can find, or insert your operating system disc and re-install. If you do not have the disc you can find the installer on microsoft's website, but you need to make sure you have your Valid License Key: Which is normally located on the side of the tower. ie. Product Key: xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx Most commonly 25-characters. If your OS is cracked/bootleged this will not work unless you have your cracked disc.

Hope this helps! if you need any further assistance dont hesitate to ask!, and please don't forget to rate :)

My comouter asks for a password when trying to reboot. How can I bypass the password?

Try TOSHIBA as the password. It works on most of their laptops. I'm not sure about desktops but it's worth a shot! :) Also try holding ESC while it's booting before the password prompt comes up. That sometimes works too. Good luck!

My computer is still crashing/freezing

It may be because of an y virus or trogans in your pc. Just format your c drive and reload the operating system. And before accessing other drives and internet install any antivirus softwares and update it immediately when connected to net.

My computer crashes or freezes a lot

It might be a virus.
Probably Lsass virus. This virus can get into your computer and really cause havoc with your network connections and also deny you access to certain internet sites.
You need a Lsass removal tool.
try to go here http://www.symantec.com/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2004-050114-1706-99
and download the tool, and follow the instructions.
good luck

My computer is gone crazy

You can try this: It may be a corrupt windows indtallation, boot the XP CD and select Install Windows, Choose the "Repair" option in subsequent screen. May take a while, and you need to activate it again, but it usually fixes the problem for me.

If that doesnt work, backup all your data, then do a fresh new xp installation.

1. Backup
2. Backup
3. Backup
