SOURCE: Is there any way I can use my tangent quattro with

You will need the ip address of your tangent quattro for that.
then, connect it with your your wireless modem, which is also connected to your pc or laptop.
then enter the ip address of the quattro in your web browser in the laptop.
you will get some settings there.
feed in the dns, gateway and other details for the modem and this should get your quattro working with the wifi.

I am using a Denon internet radio on LAN (pirelli modem), works fine, but I cannot receive BBC. BBC on the PC works fine. Could that be a router problem? Any ports or adjustments I have to consider? If so,...

I have the same problems with my Pirelli modem in Austria (A1) trying to play BBC radio stations. I connected my Denon CEOL RCD-N7 to a different network (SilverServer in Austria) and it played the BBC radio stations swimmingly (not sure what modem was used btw)... I have another internet radio at home (Reciva based) and surprisingly, that one plays the BBC stations fine using the WMA streams.
I do have a workaround now for the Denon system: I have added the following URLs (AAC streams) to "My Added Stations" on RadioDenon.com and they work like a charm:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/listen/live/r1_aaclca.pls
http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/listen/live/r2_aaclca.pls
http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/listen/live/r3_aaclca.pls
http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/listen/live/r4_aaclca.pls
http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/listen/live/r4x_aaclca.pls

Any suggestions as to what the issue might be with the Pirelli modem are welcome!

-- Hope this helps.

The problem with your AE17-16B is a wireless N router within the range of your AE17. If you have installed a new router go into the router settings and disable the N protocol. If you have not purchased an N router than you have one within range. If this is the case, you can only try to change the wireless USB device inside or your receiever. Good luck, nicholas

Retrieve work from a corrupt memory stick

What Operating System do you have on your computer?
Should you be using Linux, download 'testdisk', as it's quite easy to use and specially made to recover stuff from deleted or corrupted partitions.
If you are using Windows, you could try using Dr Freeware:

Am hooking up our Wii to our wireless inter-net, got an error code of 32oo7? Was up.

From Nintendo.com:
Error Code: 32007
There was a problem downloading the latest Wii update.
Please check the following:

  1. Our servers may be experiencing a high amount of traffic with a particul update, especially after a new update has become available. Wait a few hours and try again. If you are still receiving this error after waiting, check the next steps.

  2. Satellite Internet often causes this Error Code. You must have a cable or DSL internet connection. Other connection types, such as dial-up and satellite, are typically not compatible. Contact your Internet Service Provider if you are not sure what type of internet connection you have.

  3. Ours servers may be trying to handle an unusually high amount of traffic (especially if a new Wii update is available). Please wait a few hours and try the connection again later.

  4. Does your internet service provider (ISP) require that you log in whenever you wish to use the internet? If so, your ISP may not be compatible with the Wii console. Please contact your ISP for additional information.
If you are still unable to connect, and have waited a few hours, please try the following:
How are you attempting to connect your Wii console online?

    Wireless Router:

  1. Try adjusting the "Channel" your wireless router broadcasts on. We highly recommend setting your wireless router to either channel 1 or 11. Be sure to try both channels if the first one you try does not work. This can potentially increase the download speed. For information on accessing your router's settings, click here to select the brand name and model number of your router (if available). (The "Channel" setting is typically found in the "Wireless" section of your router's setup utility.)

  2. If adjusting the "Channel" did not work, please review our "Slow Download Times or Errors Received While Connecting" troubleshooting tips by clicking here.

  3. Are you using a Netgear brand wireless router? Our expeirence shows disabling the "SPI Firewall" of the router may help the connection. The "SPI Firewall" option is typically found under the "WAN Setup" tab of the router's settings. For information on accessing your router's settings, please click here and select the model of the Netgear router you own (if available).

  4. If you are still receiving this error code, please click here for assistance.

    Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector

  1. Does your PC have any security programs (firewall, anti-virus, anti-spyware, anti-adware, etc.) installed? If you are using the Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector, and have a software firewall or other computer security program installed on your computer, there may be additional steps you must complete to allow a successful connection.
      • Nintendo Wi-Fi Connector USB (NintendoWFCReg.exe)
      • Setup.exe (when installing the USB Connector)
      • SoftAPInstDrv.bin
      • mdriver.exe
    • "Trusted" Applications:
If your firewall or PC security program keeps a list of trusted applications (also known as a "trusted zone"), the following programs are installed with the Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector, and require internet communications. If prompted by your firewall or PC security program, add these to the list of trusted applications. This information may also apply to certain computer security applications, such as anti-virus, anti-spyware, etc.:

  2. If you are using a router, you may need to temporarily disable the router's firewall to allow the Wii console to connect online and receive a system update. Once the update is received, you can turn the firewall back on. For information on locating and disabling your router's firewall, please consult the router's manual or contact the manufacturer of the router.

  3. If you are still receiving this error code, please click here for more assistance from Nintendo.

Cant connect my wii get error 51030

This might be handy: http://www.nhotspot.net/wii-error-code-51030/ and http://www.wiierror.com/wii-error-51000.php
Try adjusting the "Channel" your wireless router broadcasts on. We highly recommend setting your wireless router to either channel 1 or 11. This can potentially increase the download speed.

Verify that the proper Connection File (1, 2, or 3) is selected in the Wii System Settings.

If you have multiple connection files setup, and you have recently received a system update, it is possible that the update has caused the Wii console to select a different Connection File. Click here for step-by-step instructions on viewing your connection settings.

Make sure that your network's name (SSID) matches exactly to what you have entered in the Wii console's settings.

Log in to your router using the default IP (consult the router's owner's manual for assistance).

Look for the section for SSID (typically in the "wireless settings" area).
After you find the SSID (network name), verify in the Internet Settings of your Wii console that the SSID is appearing exactly as listed in your router. This includes making sure capitalization, spaces, or special characters match exactly.

Don't have user manual for Tangent Quattro MkII

This product is quite easy to use and set up, so within a few minutes of switching on, I had successfully connected it to my wireless router and I was able to select internet radio stations and store favourites.

Sound quality from the built in speaker is very good indeed, and the set offers very clear reception on analogue FM as well.

I probably will never use all the facilities this set has to offer, but I have worked out the stuff I need to receive internet radio.

Thank you for following up my query.

Always lose connection while playing playstation 3 online. Sometimes my computer displays a launchmodem error when trying to get on the internet. If I unplug the modem and router, it works again.

Please give some information on your router and modem brand/model, also what type of connection do you have, cable, dsl, etc. Go to speedtest.net and post your upload and download speeds as well.

Are you connecting to your play station wirelessly or through network cable directly to the back of the PS3?

Depending on your speeds your connection could be overloaded by the high demand the PS puts on your internet connection, or if you are wireless you could be in far range from where the router is located. Hope this helps. The extra information might help.
