Sorry - should have mentioned that the rear tubing was disconnected already.

Looking down into the front lint screen area - there is a bit of a build-up at the bottom of that housing as it curves away, maybe 1/2 inch at peaks. Is this enough to trigger moisture sensor?

Thanks, I'll check the amps, but it lights right away upon pushing the Start, heats up fine but then shuts off. Does the flame typically burn for the entire cycle?

How do you replace the gas valve coils?

First remove the connecting exhaust vent from the rear of the dryer and run a cycle.
If it works OK repair the blockage in the connecting vent.
It must be short and straight with no blockage.

If the connecting vent is not the problem,it will most likely be bad gas valve coils.
When they get hot the increased resistance prevents them from opening on a re-call for heat.

The gas valve coils will usually light at the start of the cycle. As they heat up,they lose resistance and will not open the valve to re-light. They cycle on and off with the hi-limit thermostat. It is a common gas dryer failure. The 2 coils are on top of the gas valve and are easy to replace.

First thing to do is to get an amp reading on your ignitor it should be reading 3.3 amps if it is any lower then your ignitor is not lighting fast enough and it would be time to replace the ignitor please remember to rank this opinion and if you have any futher questions please message me back thanks again

Disconnect the hose vent tubing from the rear of this dryer and start it up. If heat does continuely run, clean out the excessive lint build up in the tubing or simply replace it with new. A moister control sensor detects any lint build up keeping the burner in the check mode after it gets a back flow from the exhaust

1/2 peaks of lint will not deter the pilot.... Check the regulators gas pressure if possible

Dryer starts with heat. After 10-15 minutes, when dryer calls for more heat, here a metal clicking noise, flame does not ignite. When it's clicking, I can look down the back from the top and see a glow....

Your gas valve coils are defective. Part #694539 and 694540 are required. Once the coils get hot they collapse internally and the gas valve shuts off. This is a common problem when valve coils get weak from use.

How do you light pilot light?

Dryer does not have pilot light.  There is an ignitor that glows when the dryer is started and lights the flame when the gas begins to flow.  With the front of the dryer off start it up and look for the glow. when it glows hot enough (or on a newer model it might be a spark) the gas should ignite.  When the flame sensor sees that the gas is ignited it shuts off the ignitor and keeps the gas valve open until the temperature sensor gets high and shuts it off.  When the temp sensor cools down the cycle repeats.
If no glow or spark-->bad ignitor If no gas flow-->bad flame sensor or bad gas valve coil If gas comes on and goes off quickly-->lint filter and/or vent pipe or outlet may be clogged or bad flame sensor.

ERROR CODE E1 MODLE #GGW9200LW O

E1 error code is for the thermistor, try cleaning off the bottom of the thermistor, (sometimes tacky lint will coat them), if that doesn't help, just replace the thermistor.

Dryer runs-no heat

I had a problem once with a gas dryer that would come on, the pilot would glow and the flame would run on a shortend cycle. The coil that opens the gas valve had a short circuit that would only short out when it heated up. It would drive me crazy since it appeared to be working. The short cycle time the first time, and then maybe not at all once it was warm gave me mixed signals.

After first Ignition cycle igniter stays on too briefly to open gas valve gas.

Valid Most likely the problem with your dryer is the coils for the gas valve. Remove the access door (on the bottom right side on the front panel) and you can see the gas valve with three coils on top of it. They are coming as a kit with complete instruction. The part number for this kit is AP2669614.You can buy it here http://click.linksynergy.com/fs-bin/click?id=SrmyP8LkIos&offerid=92089.542517043&type=10&subid=
