Question about Kitchen Ranges
Error code F1 means that an error with the keypad has occurred. Usually it happens due to lose ribbon cable on the keypad. To resolve this issue disconnect the power to stove. Now gain access to the back of the clock (electronic range control or ERC). Now unplug the touch pad ribbon connector from the ERC, it would be a flat wire approx. 1 1/2" to 2" wide. Make sure that the cable is not cut and nothing is shorted on the keypad. Turn power back on to stove and observe. If the error is still there then you would need to replace the board. Hope this helps...
