systems32 is part of operating system. and your computer is corrupted. Only solution is to reformat your computer by installing fresh operating system. Don't worry, you can borrow from any of your friend his EXTERNAL CDROM or DVD DRIVE to reformat your computer.
go to the device manager, right-click the driver for the DVD drive, then click remove/uninstall. Afterwards, click the Actions menu of the Device Manager and click Scan For Hardware changes.
Try going to the device manager and uninstalling the dvd drive, reboot the laptop and windows will recognize the device and reload the frivers for it. It may even ask to go to windows update and search for a fresh driver, allow that and let windows finsh the installation. Reboot and try the device for function.
It's most likely the driver that is missing or corrupt. If you have the original CD for the DVD ROM, I would suggest reloading it. If you don't you can find the driver HERE.
if that doesn't solve the problem then use the windows cd to install windows to the computer again and start over or use the restore cds to restore the computer.
