Blackberry 8830 not working (by 3 users)

The red light in the upper right hand corner is flashing constantly. The screen will not come on and the keys are not functioning. Also, I cannot make outgoing calls and incoming calls go directly to voice mail.

I'm having the exact same problem. The red light is flashing and nothing is comming up on my screen. I am also unable to receive or send out call.
