My nissan quest 95 is leaking water. It seems is coming from around the filter. Need help please

Dear Helen,
Which filter? You have the air filter, the oil filter, and the cabin filter.
If it is coming out near the air filter or the oil filter, I should suspect a leaking heater or radiator hose.
A pressure tester for the radiator will help you find those leaks.
If it is near the cabin filter, it should be the drain tube for the air conditioner condenser, which is normal to leak when the air conditioning is running.
Try to catch some of the water that is leaking and see which fluid it is.
Air conditioner condensation water is clear, it even looks drinkable.
Anti-freeze/coolant liquid is colored blue, green, red, or yellow, (it depends on the brand) and has a distinct sweet smell and taste. No, I am not recommending you should taste it.
God bless your efforts.

Condensation

Condensation is the change in matter of a substance to a denser phase, such as a gas (or vapor) to a liquid.[1] Condensation commonly occurs when a vapor is cooled to a liquid, but can also occur if a vapor is compressed (i.e., pressure on it increased) into a liquid, or undergoes a combination of cooling and compression. Liquid which has been condensed from a vapor is called condensate. A device or unit used to condense vapors into liquid is called a condenser. Condensers are used in heat exchangers which have various designs, and come in many sizes ranging from rather small (hand-held) to very large.
The water seen on the outside of a cold glass on a hot day is an example of condensation.

Leaking water after stopping

Liquids in an auto..... Antifreeze (greenish/clear, watery, with slight oil feel to it, smells somewhat sweet), Power Steering Fluid (very thin oil, usually red tinted), Brake Fluid (very thin oil, clear), Transmission Fluid (very thin, red and kinda of sweet smelling), Motor Oil (amber colored or black, medium viscosity, usually smells acidic), Washer Fluid (usually water). Only other fluid is condensation that drains from the air conditioning drain pan after driving the car and the air conditioner has been on.

It can only be one of the above, really need a lot more information, to even begin to make a guess.

Clear liquid is leaking from the bottom of my 2009 sentra

There is little I can think of that is going to be a clear liquid in your car. The only things that I can think of 1. Condensation coming from the drain of your A/C unit(most likely), 2. If it is a small amount and it is coming out of the tail pipe, it is water. The catalytic converter turns most of the unburned gas from your engine into water.
Automatic transmission fluid is RED, Antifreeze is Green in Nissan products, Brake fluid will be a semi clear liquid with a brownish hue to it. Manual transmissions use gear oil which is a golden color. Engine oil, depending on how well the car has been maintained, will be a light goldish to a black.
I hope I have answered your question.

White liquid in gearbox

The liquid is emulsified water. Condensation in the gearbox, riding in creeks or a from high pressure car wash is where the water usually comes from. The gears emulsify the water into the oil thus turning the oil whitish. Just drain the oil then put in fresh oil, ride for a mile or two then change the oil again. No real harm has been done to the engine. Please rate my answer. Thanks!

Strange odor coming from underneath the refrigerator when it goes into defrost

It is likely that some milk or some bloody meat (or other stinky liquid type substances) have leaked in the refrigerator, went through the drain tube and into the condensation pan.It won't evaporate, so it begins to decompose and stink...usually at the most inopportune times.
Most condensation pans can be removed to be cleaned but can be tricky to get out. Good Luck!

Have coolant leeking on passanger side windshield fogs up even with the car sitting in the drive way. I believe the heater core is located on the passanger side back by the fire wall just would like to...

Hmmm.... That might a condensation wter from ur A/C or as u have said ur coolant. The liquid coming out from ur a/c and heater housing, the problem would be the DRAiN hose thats been blocked! Look down in that area where this liquid coming from, a HOSE will be in there and going thru the floor area, either the drain hose is blocked or it dislocated itslf and didn't pass thru the floor drainage hole! Check on that! Taah!

Water dripping right front underneath

Is what the liquid plain water or coolant (water mixed with antifreeze). touch and smell the liquid, no smell = water, antifreeze smell and oily feel = coolant.
If plain water, could be Air Condition condensation dripping from condensation drain which is normal. (this drain is usually located near the center of the vehicle).
If coolant, could be leak(s) from: radiator, radiator hose, heater hose, water pump, engine freeze plug. A coolant system pressure test should show what is leaking.

Tested ac afterwards and drain portal is flowing freely underneath vehicle.

2004 Chevrolet Tahoe-front passenger side floor is wet

Check the heater core unit located underneath the dashboard on the passenger side of the vehicle. Even though your car's antifreeze is red, it may appear to be clear when there is only a small amount present. Was the liquid in the vehicle sticky and have any smell to it?
