I plug my Polti in and absolutely nothing happens, no lights come on nothing, I've changed the fuse but still noting

There maybe a broken switch or the motor may be burnt out. Take it to a used vacuum store and they will give you sound advice.

The boiler stoped working on my eco pro 3300

There is a high possibility that the boiler has build up of minerals and requires cleaning. I suggest using a product called KalStop to remove the calcium buildup that is cause by leaving water in the tank for long period of time.

Polti Vaporettto 3000 Steam cleaner

I suggest using KalStop to remove the calcium and minerals built up in the machine. Polti has built the machines to stop working when there is too much calcium in the boiler to prevent further damage.
