Try this: Go to the support link again as you've done in the past. After you chose the audio driver you want to download, choose the "save to file" option instead of the "install or run" option. Be sure to write down the EXACT path where it is going to be saved so you can locate it.
Then, open control panel, system, hardware devices, and select your audio device. Right click the mouse, scroll to properties, left click, select update driver, and use the BROWSE option to get to where you saved the drivers and then the computer will do the rest...Remember, you must point the computer to the proper ".inf " file as that is where the driver is.
