Question about Canon PIXMA MP780 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Printer is not copying or printing but everything else seems fine. what is going on? I've cleaned the heads - the color and black ink in fine on the test pages. Thanks for some info. It may be cheaper to replace than purchase a new print cartridge. Any suggestions.
Try uninstalling/reinstalling the drivers.
Is the error light flashing?
From the printer utility can you print a nozzle check sheet or align the printhead?
Does it seem to be printing (feeding sheet and moving printhead) or nothing happening at all?
Try removing all the tanks, take out the head. If blocked try cleaning manualy by running warm water over the ink ports/printhead jets - dry off and reinstall.
