okay you need to type the last four digits of you phone number which was the original code upon purchasing the phone, then press the pound button right after. type the four dgits and then immediently the pound sign. you might have to try it a couple of times before you get it. this is how many people are able to use locked phones that are stolen. my friend who works at a verizon fios taught me this when i locked and forgot my passcode.

As long as you know your security code you can retreive your lock code. On the Lotus dial ##3282# scroll down to Advanced, choose View, then scroll down to option 5 which should be the Lock Code and select it. You will need to enter your security code here which typically is 6 zeros.

You will need to contact your cellular provider and request assistance from Tech Support. You will be asked certain questions to verify ownership of the phone. An override code will then be provided to you to unlock the phone.
