Should not be a problem. When the driver wizard starts select install drivers from a specific location instead of automatically instal andf point it to your mem stick.

Can you download acer stuff on a hp laptop cd drive to copy on the acer

You can download the Acer drivers onto your HP laptop and then copy these drivers to an USB memory stick or burn the drivers onto a CD and then install these drivers in the Acer using the USB memory stick or the CD.

Iwanted to reformat my dell optiplex GX270 deskstop. What drivers needed?

Download the drivers in the link below, either burn them to a CD/DVD as a Data CD/DVD or put them on a memory stick, sometimes the drivers are compressed so don't forget to download winzip also and put that onto either a CD/DVD or a memory stick.

Basically when you have reformatted your computer put the disc or memory stick into your computer, double click the CD/DVD or memory stick and install the drivers, if there compressed uncompress them with winzip.

However make sure you install the BIOS then the chipset drivers first then install the rest hope this helps.

Hard drive went on my laptop. Put in new hard drive and downloading all the disc but can't get the internet to connect wireless or hookup.

Use a computer that is connected to the Internet, download the drivers and copy them to a USB memory stick and then copy them to your laptop and install them from your hard drive or just install them from the USB memory stick.
I suggest you burn these drivers onto a CD so you have these device drives when you need to re-build your hard disk again.

Need the drivers for my gx 270 for the ethernet controller

On another computer, access the manufacturer's web-site:

Enter 'GX270' and do a search.

Select the "network" device-driver.
Download it. Copy it to a USB memory-stick.

Take the memory-stick to your Dell computer.
Install the device-driver from the files on the memory-stick.

Hii have just reinstalled my laptop with the vista operating system and i cant seem to connect to the internet

Did you reinstall from the manufacturer-supplied "System Restore" set of CD/DVD disks, or did you install from a "generic" Microsoft Windows Vista DVD? If the former, then the correct device-drivers for the manufacturer-specific hardware should have been automatically installed; if the latter, you'll need to access the manufacturer's "support & downloads" web-site, using a computer that does have Internet access (and either a USB memory-stick or a CD-writer), and download the correct device-driver, copy it to the memory-stick or to CD-R or CD-RW media, and then install the device-driver, by reading the software from the memory-stick or the CD-disk.

Computer will not boot it says reboot and select proper reboot device. it will not allow me to do a system restore by pushing the f10 key. is there anything to do to correct this?? thank you

I suspect that your Hard Drive may have gone faulty... If you cannot perform an F10, then this sort of confirms it. You will have to get a new Hard Drive, and install it in PC, then you will have to install a fresh copy of Whatever Operating System you want. With a new drive, it must be Partitioned, Formatted, and then have the operating system installed from DVD or Memory Stick. If you want to use Windows, you must somehow get, download & burn to DVD, borrow, buy, a copy of a Windows install DVD. Then you go into your BIOS, and set the PC, to "Boot" from DVD, then, insert the DVD & reboot, and then simply follow the instructions that you are given. You will then have to install all drivers, Video, Ethernet, WiFi, Sound, Touchpad, in fact ALL are needed. So you must go to the manufacturers web site and download these drivers to, say, a Memory Stick, or burn to a CD/DVD. Use these and install them after completing the initial install.

Are you removing your memory stick and then placing it into a port on your computer, or do you plug a cable in to your camera? Either way, it should work.
If cable: (camera OFF) plug both ends of cable to their respective ports, then turn camera on. Windows should then detect the camera, (and maybe install drivers for it {"Found New Device"}), and then you should get the "your device is installed" window. If you don't get the "Copy your pictures" window, you may need to turn it off, wait a few seconds, and then power it back on before that happens.
If memory stick: Windows should detect your memory stick, again maybe it will need to install drivers, unplug, wait a few seconds, return it to the memory stick port.
Also, sometimes your product will come with it's own CD or DVD with download instructions or manuals, apps, etc., on it.

Hope this helps!

Are you just copying the apps to the new computer? If so it won't work. You need to install the apps from an install disk, unless of course you have the installers on the memory stick. If you need more info, please feel free to ask me. I'll gladly help you as I can. Peace.

Yes there are so many easy ways try this.
1. u know the brand and model of your computer. if not go to start and click on run, type "dxdiag" u will get to know the manufacturer and model.
2. go to the manufacturer's wed site and look for "support" click on in and trace drivers and "software downloads" locate the driver u need and download it.
3. install the driver. and belive me it will work.
