You can startr your serach here: http://www.replacementdocs.com/download.php?list.12

Failing that search on Google as there's a few scattered sites with sans of manuals. Nothing official from the game manufacturers or Nintendo unfortunately.

Do i need a expansion pack to play games on my nintendo 64 or can i play with out anything in the port

Well some games will have to require an expansionpack then to work and the games that do not require an expansionpack to work you should be okay then as long as some games don't need an expansion pack in order to play them then.

I have found a Nintendo 64 game with controls and do not know how to operate it. How can I locate or download a free operations manual?

You don't need one. Just plug the wires in to their appropriate slots on the console, the tv, and the power outlet, insert the game cartridge, making sure that the connectors in the system and the cartridge are clean, plug in controllers starting with the player one slot and moving right, and flip the switch to on. The game should boot right up and you can start playing.

Nintendo 64 - Game Pak Troubleshooting
Note: It is possible that the problem you have may be game play related. For example, if you cannot defeat a particular enemy, or are missing an item you need to complete an area, the problem is likely game play related and there is nothing wrong with your game. Please check our game play help for assistance.
Insert the Game Pak into the system. The Game Pak label should be facing the front of the Nintendo 64.
Make sure the Game Pak firmly clicks down into place.
Remove all accessories (with the exception of the N64 Expansion Pak) to see if the Game Pak works correctly without the accessory. If the game does work correctly once the accessory is removed, then the game pak and the accessory may not be compatible. Check the game pak instruction manual.
Check the instruction manual for the game to see if it requires any special accessories, such as the Expansion Pak, to operate.
Check the list of specific game issues to see if there are any known problems for the game you are playing.
Due to the age of the system, we no longer offer factory repairs directly from Nintendo. Please click here to find out what options are available for repair or replacement of your product.

Can we play gamecubegames inside the wii console, if so how?

You can do both. With internet you can download Nintendo 64 games on the wii shop channel. For game cube games enter the controller in slot one, enter the game and it's like you don't have a wii!

Note: due to the fact the the wii remote does not have enough buttons ALL N-64 games need a gamecube controller or a classical controller. Game Cube games are not compatible with classical controllers.

Nintendo 64 has fuzzy sound

it's the audio cable. these might be a little harder to find becuase most trade-in stores like Microplay want to sell you a whole new system AND cables. http://www.microplay.com/home.aspx try e-mailing them and look at a store locater so you can find the one closest to you and ask them about it.
