Mcdevito75 Here, hello Bill, here we go, you should have Windows Explorer as a browser / Operating system, at the top of your home page or any page once your on the internet is TOOLS left cick on that, then Click on Internet options, bottom of drop down menu, then click on ADVANCED TAB all the way to the left and on top of Menu Drop down, NOW click on RESET just above the OK Cancel and APPLY tabs. Now Click OK, then APPLY. sometimes the ok is enough if the drop down menu disappears after you click OK once you"ve done everything else you should be good.
