Question about GE Washing Machines
The problem you are having is you have a bad water diaphram. This would be located on your control board(water level switch). Remove the control panel and flip it up. You will see where a 5/16 clear hose is attached to your water select switch. These sometimes fall off. If the hose is still attached than the water diaphram(water select switch) is bad. Replace it with a new or used one and your washer should work fine. I hope I helped you.
