Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Here are the steps you should take since it's not possible to download the poster you seek.
1. Go to the Control Panel and uninstall the printer from there & restart the computer if requested to.
2. Once back at the desktop, hold down the Windows Logo key on bottom left of keyboard and hit the R key. A Run Window will appear. In that window, type %temp% and hit ENTER key. Your Temp File window will appear. Put the cursor in that window and left click once. Hold down the CTRL key and hit the A key. All files are now highlighted (selected). Hit the Delete key and remove every file not currently in use.
3. Go to the link below and once there, choose your operating system and click the green "NEXT" button
4. Choose the "FUll Version" of your printer software/drivers and save it to your Desktop. Double click on that install file and follow the instructions and prompts exactly.
Your printer will now be correctly installed.
