Generic problem for all Projection Televisions
50H12 Blue gun appears jittery

Original problem was TV not operating. To fix this I replaced two 32VDC fuses. I also noticed a ballooned filter cap on another supply. Here is the current problem:
On the outer fringes of the screen the blue is jittery and when its out of alignment (jitter) the blue is further away from the other guns causing blue tinge at the outer edge of the display. The blue misalignment is worst toward the outer edge of the screen.
I can only guess that this was what caused the 32VDC fuse to blow. Any help is appreciated.
