I fixed it myself :) All I did was press the green & red buttons together a couple of times to erase the memory and then I paired my phone to it again and it worked. All this stress and the solution was as simple as this lol.

You need to reset the Parrot first.
Hold down red and green buttons together until she tells you that the
memory is being cleared. Then she will prompt you to pair your phone.
Then, and only then does the Parrot allow the iPhone to pair, and it will bring up the code prompt for you on the iPhone.
You won't find this written down anywhere on the Parrot site.

Try sending an MP3 to the Parrot kit. I couldn't even get the Parrot BT
in my car to ask for the BT password numbers but found out to try
sending an MP3, which will fail by the way, and it asked for the
password finally.
There was an error in my case, but then the
phone asked to connect to the Parrot again and the pairing worked.
There
is an issue with newer Nokia phones, something I will be thinking about
next phone upgrade.
