Tinman1981 Hi listen you sett the lock code on your phone if you put in wrong too many times you wipeout your bb. The max is 10. Unless you had it set to anything different. Do you have the desktop manager on your computer for bb. You can back up yout information from the storm. Now if you you do have options on the most current versions, tools and options and device. You need to go throught the options and lock for a reset of the lock code. It may even be able to disable the lock code for you. If it is a company phone and you forgot the code your going to have to contact your it dept for help. There isn't any clear way around the lock code unless you can lock into blackberry.com and get tech support. I hope i gave you some hope.
