Well this can be a memory issue or the motherboard of the printer. Try to do a reset on the printer. Its called NVRAM and will clear the memory completely. Turn the unit off and while off press and hold the green check and the orange cancel. Hold them down as you turn them on and wait until you get permanent storage init. Release the keys and wait until it get to ready (It might ask about language just press the check). Before trying to print again clear the print queue and try something that worked before or a new document (like a new word doc with a few letters)

I print out 1 single document of bar code , but the printer wont stop

The print job is not formatting properly for your printer. It keeps corrupting and will cause the printer to spit out multiple pages with either gibberish or unusual fonts of varying size. You may need to recheck the software you've written the bar codes and make sure your using the correct code 39 font to create your barcodes.

I don't know how to disable "keep printed documents". I have an Artisan 800 series printer.

Hi Michelle,

Follow the steps below and you will be able to fix the issue.

Click on START button
Click on Control Panel ( or Settings for windows XP )
Click and open Printers and Faxes ( or Printer folder icon )
Highlight the Printer icon and Right click on it
Left Click on Printer properties
Click on Advanced TAB on top and look for "Keep Printed Documents"
If there is a Check mark, you can Uncheck it.
If there is no check mark on it, Check mark it.
Click Apply/OK and Close the window and try to print.

If this does not resolve the issue, Try the step below

1. Open Printers and Faxes.

2. Right mouse click on the Epson printer and left click Properties.

3. Click on the Advanced tab.

4. Click the Print Processor button.

5. Under Print Processor, select WinPrint.

6. Under Default Datatype, make sure RAW is selected. Click OK.

7. Back on the Advanced tab remove the check next to Keep Printed
Documents.

8. Click Apply and OK.

Sean

Printer keeps printing same document so i can not delete it

You have to erase it from it's memory. If you have already tried to cancel it via your pc and it didn't work, try this: turn off the printer. Entirely, from the wall socket. Turn off your computer. Then turn them on again. Both the computer and your printer should erase the document from their memory, so it will stop the printing.

The "keep printed documents" stays checked after i uncheck it!

Had the same thing happen. Go to properties, then advanced and check "print directly to printer". You'll be able to print your coupons. Make sure you go back to your previous settings when not printing coupons.

Keep Printed Documents

If you have a Brother printer please change the following:

Start -> Control Panel -> Printers and Faxes -> Right click on your selected printer and select "properties"

Go to Advanced tab -> Print Processor

Change the settings from "BRMFC" print to "WinPrint" and set default to "raw" and Click Apply

Now go back to uncheck "Keep Printed Documents" and attempt to print the coupon.

I am a big fan of coupons.com, their tech support guy sent me these instructions. Good Luck!!
