Hello. If my answer does not solve the problem get back with the brand and model of your machine. Check to see whether there's power getting to the dryer. Is it plugged in? If you plug something else into the outlet, does it work? If not, check for a blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker. Door switch If the door switch or the door-switch actuator is defective, the dryer won't work and you need to replace the failed component. The switch is inside the dryer main housing near the door frame. Sometimes you need to raise or open the top or front of the dryer to reach the switch. Thermal fuse On many dryers, there's a thermal fuse (a heat-sensitive fuse that blows if the dryer overheats) mounted to the exhaust duct inside the back cover panel. The fuse is about an inch long. It's usually embedded in black resin and mounted in a white plastic housing.

If the fuse has blown, it has no continuity. When this happens, your dryer either just stops heating, or it doesn't work at all. Be sure to inspect the venting/heating system before replacing the fuse to put the dryer back into operation. (You can't re-set this type of fuse.)
Wiring Often the main wiring connection from the house, at the dryer, burns and the connection breaks. In this has happened to your dryer, you need to replace the power cord and the terminal block inside the dryer to which the wire is attached.

There are many reasons a dryer wont come on.
Thanks for letting me help
Do these first
You will need a cheap ohm/voltmeter (8.95) I bought mine at wal-mart
Check 230v at wall and back of dryer.
Check Breaker
Check Thermal switch (2 wires) at top of the element in back.(unplug the two wires from thermal unit and plug them together and try the dryer for a test
football shaped white, small fuse at bottom left in back of dryer
Do the same for a test.
If this was helpful please rate me.
Thanks

Import flip video to Final Cut Pro and edit flip video Final Cut Pro Final Cut...

Import flip video to Final Cut Pro and edit flip video Final Cut Pro
Final Cut Pro is a professional video editing application for Mac users and it is widely used even by many Hollywood people on professional movie post-production. If you are a flip video fan and you want to give professional editing to your flip videos, Final Cut Pro is a great choice. However, Final Cut Pro does not allow raw flip videos to be imported to Final Cut Pro and you will need to convert flip video to Final Cut Pro supported formats. Thus, to edit flip video in Final Cut Pro, you can follow the three parts below:

Part One: Convert flip to Final Cut Pro video
Download Doremisoft Mac Flip Converter and refer to the following steps to import flip video to Final Cut Pro.
Step 1: Add flip videos
Click the "Add File" button to add the flip videos you want to edit in Final Cut Pro to Mac Flip Converter.

Step 2: Select a Final Cut Pro supported output format
Click the Profile drop-up list and select
Step3: Convert flip video to Final Cut Pro
Click the "Start" button on the lower right of the interface to start converting flip video to Final Cut Pro.

Part Two: Import converted videos to Final Cut Pro
Step 1: Launch Final Cut Pro and you can see the layout of the Final Cut Pro Interface. From under the File command at the top of the interface, select "Import" and "Files". Thenselect one converted file from the Choose a File window and press the "Choose" button to choose this file.
Step 2: Find the file in the resources list for the project.
Step 3: Drag the file into the Timeline and then save the project.

Part Three: Edit flip video in Final Cut Pro
Final Cut Pro is a very professional tool with many functions. The following steps will show you how to use the Timeline:
Step1: Edit video and audio timing
There are three tracks on the Timeline, one for video and the other two for audio. And you can cut the video and audio tracks all at once in the same place.
Choose the razor blade tool in your menu, and click the times that you want to split it. You can also set input and output times on the Viewer window. Final Cut Pro also allows you to layer video tracks on top of each other.
Step2: Add transitions
For flip videos, you might want to use simple and non-distracting transitions. Then you can just select Fade Out or Cross-Fade transitions.
Step3: Export video
Once you are finished with editing your video, click on File and point to Export, then you will see a list of options of how you can export the edited file. For example, if you want to publish your video to the web, you can click on "Export using QuickTime Conversion". When you see the naming dialog box, input the name you prefer and at the bottom, select "MPEG-4" at the bottom, and then select "Broadband-High" under the format setting. And now click on Save.
As mentioned above, Final Cut Pro is a very good tool for professionals. If you want to know better about using Final Cut Pro, you can go to certain Final Cut Pro forums. The most popular one is Los Angeles Final Cut Pro User Groupn and you can find a lot of useful info there.
You might also want to buy a book and study how to use Final Cut Pro, such as Apple Pro Training Series: Final Cut Pro 7 and learn how to professional edit your videos with Final Cut Pro.
If you just want to do some basic editing such as cropping, length trimming and video effect adjustments, you can just use Doremisoft Mac Flip Converter to get the job done by following How to edit flip video with Doremisoft Ma Flip Converter.

Does the Kenmore Series 700 dryer use circuit breakers or a thermal fuse to shutoff the heating element?

All Kenmore Electric Dryers use a thermal cut-off or thermal cut-out, hi-limit thermostat, and a cycling thermostat apart from the motor centrifugal switch as parts of the heating circuit. The thermal cut-off/thermal cut-out and the hi-limit thermostat are located on the heater duct/element duct while the cycling thermostat is located on the blower housing.

The thermal cut-off/cut-out serves as a safety measure and blows open should the dryer overheats or should the hi-limit thermostat fails to cut off power to the heating element. Check the continuity of the thermal cut-off/cut-out and if open, replace it including the hi-limit thermostat.

HOW DOES THE KNIFE GETS ALIGN SO IT WILL CUT?

You have to tell it to cut. Your software has to know there is a knife attached to the printer, so it will know to cut. You have to program it to cut, -where and how you want it to cut your supplies.

Press the feed/cut button and hold for five seconds. It should feed and then cut your supplies - this will tell you whether the knife is working and if it's cutting straight.

How do i adjust air pressure cut out

Square d recommends that the pressure switch be adjusted to specifications of the particular switch (which is sold in pressure ranges preset at the factory). The switch will be erratic it adjusted out of the factory setting range.
From Square D: (adjust the desired cut-in pressure first, then cut-out)
Cut-in: The large spring controls the cut-in pressure. To make adjustments, turn the nut clockwise (compressing the spring) to raise the cut-in point or counterclockwise to lower the point of cut-in.
Cut-out: The small spring is the differential adjustment and controls the cut-out pressure. To raise the cut-out pressure turn the small nut clockwise (more differential); to lower the cut-out pressure turn counterclockwise.
