If you have a line in the middle it is verticle ic and capacitors that go bad. some times cold solder joints.most of time part and repair is cheap around 85 to 160

At least now you no what your up against when you call a service center

Telefunken crt model Ttv280 Frame collapse how will i know if is the vertical ic or the jungle ic

Absence of Vertical scan output signal. You have to check its vertical scan output section circuit to detect and rectify this fault.
Check and replace damaged component/s at its horizontal scan output section circuit. Check the LOT (Line Output Transformer) too for damage. Replace the horizontal scan output transistor. Check the input voltage to LOT. If the voltage is absent check the feeder resistor; if any. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts.

I want the troubleshooting guide of frame collapse crt tv Telefunken model TTV280

The Horizontal oscillator is not working. The transistor is about 20 dollars and the flyback transformer is more. Labor and parts isn't worth fixing. Get a new TV. It's cheaper.

How to reset Telefunken TTV280 to factory defaults

It is not with the the fault as you suspects. It is the fault with its main system control memory IC. Visit the site named 'Electro-help' for more details. Click this link. View it in "Timeslide" or "Flipcard" option, which can be selected from the drop down box menu by the [Sidebar] tag, at the top left corner of the display window. It will make search easy. There are more than 1250 posts to different brand TVs now. Pull up older posts there

My telefunken has a problem. The guy that tried fixing it says that the tv is in PROTECTION (the light just flashes and no picture or sound comes through. Please help

If the set is in protection mode, that is normally caused by short circuit line output stage, short circuit frame output stage, short circuit audio output etc. It shouldn't be too dificult to fault find, even without a service manual.
Look for an authorised Telefunken service centre.

Sansui SV2916 has a white horizontal line across the screen and there is a picture within that line. What causes the picture to be reduced to a white line?

That is called frame collapse because the picture "frame" has collapsed into a single line. The usual cause is dry joints if it went all of a sudden or capacitors if it took a while. The frame outpur IC may now have failed but not always.

I need a diagram of a dodge neon brake lines, do the rear lines split in the middle or do they run all rhe way back seperatly? Thanks

They are separate.
Go to this web site for excellent instructions on how to change them. There are many illustrations. http://forums.neons.org/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=337657
There are also factory pre-made lines from the dealer for $20 for the pair. They were part of a recall and the cost is very low. I just installed them. Get the part numbers at the web site above.

I cant get it lock so baby can play in it!!!!!

you can try pulling the middle piece up and keep it up while pulling the sides into place, they should lock and you shouldn't be able to push on they and have them collapes. After the sides are in place, push the middle piece down and that should do it.

T.V. overheating in our conversion van

If you suspect overheating then try removing the back and clean out with a long, wooden handled artists brush. Make sure the children are not about and try it with the back off, but do not touch things inside. You may blow cold air if you see what is overheating. See how long it works OK for. If it works without going off (assuming it was very dusty inside), then replace the back. If it needed a fan to keep it working you may find out what needs replacing.
