Please be more specific what trouble you having what your computer specification and what program are you installing?
To find out what is your computer specification go:
1.) click on Start (window button)
2.) click on Run
3.) type 'dxdiag'
4.) press Enter
5.) click on Yes if dialog appear
6.) click on Save All Information
7.) then select directory then save it.
Post your computer specification along with the program you are trying to install would help me identify the problem.
