If you just want more power out of a chain drive bike buy a counter shaft sprocket that has one tooth less than the one on your bike(example go from 14 teeth to 13 teeth). It will only cost between $10-$20 and give you more power with out any of the problems of more complicated modifications.

Kymco agility 2012,i want to put a 72cc big bore kit on it,at mo running standard 50cc carb, was told i need to up my jet size.

Use a numbered drill set, measure the jet size using the drill bit set, then select a drill bit two numbered sizes larger and drill out the main jet, that should get you in the ball park. Here is a link to a numbered Drill bit set. 60 Pc Titanium Nitride Coated High Speed Steel Numbered Drill Bit Set

2002 Harley Davidson FXDWG Dyna Wide Glide carburetor jetting @

Hi, Kerry if you have changed your engine size, compression ratio, fuel delivery system, air filter size or flow rate, mufflers or exhaust system or a significant change in altitude your carburetors need re-tuning and if your fuel system (gas tank, filters, fuel valve, and carburetor) is contaminated with ethanol sludge, varnish, rust, dirt, water etc. or your bike has been sitting for months or years without running these components must be "PROPERLY" cleaned and reassembled "CORRECTLY" before any adjustments can be made. Tuning your carburetor is fairly simple once you understand the basic principals. Your engine is a simple airbox sucking air in and blowing it out, it is finely tuned at the factory for maximum performance once you upset that delicate balance by changing air filters, camshafts or exhaust systems your performance may go down the and the engine may run poorly, you need to compensate the air-fuel mixture in the carburetor in order for the engine to run smoothly and at peak performance. If you are running multi carburetors you need to sync them first and make sure your air cleaner element is clean and dry for paper elements or lightly oiled for foam and meshed elements and properly installed. Here is how and where you compensate trouble: "TIP" if your engine "BOGS" you're not getting enough fuel.
1. Close to 1/8 throttle is managed by the air screw and pilot/slow jet.
2. 1/8 to 1/4 throttle is managed by the air-screw, pilot/slow jet, and throttle slide.
3. 1/4 to 1/2 throttle is managed by the throttle slide and jet needle.
4. 1/2 to 3/4 throttle is managed by the jet needle, needle jet, main jet, and air jet.
5. 3/4 to wide-open throttle is managed by the main jet and air jet.
6. A wide-open throttle is managed by the main jet.
If you are running lean, spark plug electrode color is white, the engine runs hot and feels like it is starving for fuel you need to go up on the jet size or move the c-clip down one notch. If you are running rich, spark plug color is black or dark grey, the engine runs cool, and bogs down when accelerating you need to go down on jet size or move the c-clip up one notch. When your carburetor is properly tuned for maximum performance your spark plug electrode will be a light tan color like coffee with cream. If you prefer fuel economy over performance you can go down on main jet sizes until a satisfactory level of lower performance is acceptable versus MPH, your spark plug color will be whiter and your engine will run warmer. These tuning adjustments will only make improvements if your intake and exhaust system have no air leaks or sealing issues and the entire electrical system is in proper working order and you have no mechanical issues.

I have a 2002 Honda sabre1100 11239 miles and been rejetted with cobra pipes, this is my first cruiser.I have been riding crotchrockets the last 15 years, need more torque, what should I do

Are you comfortable with your jetting? Is it performing well through the powerband, and does it appear to be zero'd in? (reading spark plugs, exhaust pipes not getting too hot etc). Is everything else up to snuff like timing? DYNATEK performance makes a nifty performance ignition that can wake up your bike, and a free flowing air intake can help it breath easier, you've taken steps to get it "out" better, be sure it can get it "in" better and burn it most efficient.

How can you max out your nsr? what would i have to get for it?

The bascs are - For your NSR - Remove the intake restrictor, drill some holes in the exhaust, and find a replacement jet for the carb.
Sounds simple but is not. Had a bunch of stuff for you to read but post would not go (before). Search Google "2001 Honda NSR 125 R" to find specific info and forums for your bike, and dont experiment unless you can afford to.

The adjustable chuck on my sons Jet JHM-610 comes off when using it in the milling function. What is the best fix for my situation? It is coming off at the taper.

You should really be using end mill tool holders for milling. The torque is too great for drill chucks. You will get better results machining with surface finish, size as well as longer tool life. Side note..take care with reassembly of drill chuck. Tapers must be dirt and burr free or chuck will have run out as well as taper lock will break and come apart on you more often. If there is damage to the tapers replace the arbor and or chuck with new.

Defective Ni-Cad Battery

Try Re-Conditioning the battery first. Full procedure at: ysuusy.com/easybatteryfix.html
"Cordless Power Tool Batteries and other batteries that contain Nickel Cadmium (NiCd) Cells can be Re-Conditioned to perform as well as new or even better than new. Proper maintenance after the procedure will insure years of usable life.
The First and most common procedure for Re-Conditioning a NiCd cell is by using a Technique called "VOLTAGE SURGING". Over time the crystals within a NiCd cell begin to combine and get larger. This causes them to loose capacitance and also break through the inner seals of the cell.

Surging the NiCd cell using a higher voltage causes the crystals within the NiCd cell to shatter and become smaller. These smaller crystals have a greater surface area and therefore contain a greater capacitance for energy. "
