Check that you have not accidentally changed the "screen-resolution".
Right-mouse click anywhere on your Windows "wallpaper".
Move the slider to 800-by-600 or 1024-by-768, and then "apply",
and then click 'yes' or 'no', depending on the "good' or "bad" results from "applying" the change.
