INFOCUS Screenplay LCD projector...

We are having trouble adjusting the keystone on our projector. The picture hangs off the bottom on the left and just slightly on the top on the right. Seems square top left and bottom right. Every adjustment we make seems to not work. Any suggestions? (Not sure it is a 4805, but is a ScreenPlay)

Hi there

I take it the Projector is ceiling mounted ?

If this is the case check that it is installed with the lens of the Projector in the facing straight to the middle of the screen or try adjusting the bracket's swivel head to move it a bit - should do the trick !

Slanted Border- Projector image is not square

Is the image slanted on the bottom as well?
Make sure the projector's throw is pointed directly at the target ie. screen or wall etc. there's not much else it could be.

Image has bend at top of screen

first reset the setting to factory default. if it persists on a regular image too, either the lens, the tunnel or something else in the optical engine is damaged (from a fall?).

Infocus projector

The settings of the video section of the computer probably need to be adjusted; this is a synchronization problem.
Check the Infocus website for clues.
