Remove the memory card if any.remove the battery-leave it for 5 to 10 minutes-re insert the battery.
Then hold down (* key)+(number 3 key)+(dial-green-key) and while pressing all those keys together,press power on key.Hold it in that way for 2-3 minutes until you see the setup menu.
If the above procedure didn't worked,use nokia software updater which is awailable freely on nokia's official website and update your firmware(do this even it says you have the most new version software version)
