Question about Pantech Duo Smartphone
The only way I have solved my problem was to get att to replace it. Fortunately, it has been working ever since. And att customer service was excellent, I got my replacement phone in less than 12 hours after i called.

I've had this happen 3 times.. and I've had 3 different phones.
I have no clue how to fix it unless you send it back and get a new one, which shouldn't cost more than $12 if you still have the warranty.
My problem now is that the phone wont let me text, well I press buttons and they don't show up; which means going back to fix the spelling errors and pressing a button 4 or 5 times. Any clue what to do? I really don't want to get a new phone again.

Ugh my phone just did it too. ive had it for over 7 months though.. but i didnt even do anything, i was texting, set it down, and bam, the screen goes black. i tried to mess with it and it came back, then it went to black again. then it came back where i had it really dark when the screen was vertical and then it was fine horizontal [pushing the screen sideways] i didnt put insurance on it because they said there wasnt any insurance... only for software. ugh

I had the same problem with the lcd screen, only had the phone for 2 weeks. I got lucky and put the insurance on the phone and att replaced it no charge, after about talking to 6 reps & none able to assist me I finally got a person who knew what she was doing. NO problem since

Hello may I know where you got your phone fix, I have the same problem and I just got it not even a month ago, the secreen is showing some bleeding inside and the warranty will not cover,
