The screen is called 'blue screen of death'. Normally reinstalling the Operating System would do. Try reinstalling the OS.
But if the problem persists, the problem might be with the RAM.

hi

memory dump is the result of bad memory module (RAM).. remove the ram modules, look at them, make sure they are same make and part. different manufactures can often cause memory fault in a system

if that's the case, replace the memory modules . you can go to the link below and select the model you have, go to KEYWORD selection, and select MEMORY DIMM, it will then give you the part number you need to replace .

if you need more help, please don't hesitate to issue 4 thumbs and i will give you further details and cost of the modules. you can easily purchase at a link i will issue at that time.

Hi it may be virus issue. i suggest you to try with last known good configuration so that it will take your computer to last good working state. for that tab F9(Function key) continously immediately once you turn on your computer until you get the advanced option on your screen. highlight last known good configuration and hit enter and it will boot in that mode once you get the main sceen CLICK start - > all programs- > Accessories - > system tools -> system restore and wizard will open and select Restore my computer to an earlier time click next next finish to set your computer to last good working condition. If that doesnt work reinsatll the OS

To fix the blue screen error try these steps:
1. turn off the computer unplug all the device plugged with the computer except keyboard and mouse.
2.restart the computer and start pressing the F8 the moment you turn on the computer you will get windows advanced boot options select last known good configuration and press the enter key twice. if it works fine if not then
3.restart the computer and start pressing the F8 the moment you turn on the computer you will get windows advanced boot options select safe mode and press the enter key twice after that let the computer boot up when its up go click on start go to all programs and then go to accessories then go to system tools and then select system restore.
you will get a window select the day when your computer was working properly. follow the screen prompts this should help you.

Hello there...

Best advice i can give you is to plug out your HDD and backup all the data you want to keep using a external casing or plugging it into another computer, and then format your laptop.

THis happened to me a few months ago, i tried everything, untill it came down to formatting my laptop. Really hope that this can be of help.

Best regards
Andrea

Blue Screen of Death during startup

When you get the BSOD - it gives a brief description of what the error is - this should lead you in the proper direction for finding the culprit - is the computer a new configuration - is it an old system that just started doing this? Have you made any change? All these things have to be considered and evaluated.
