Hi ukesmew

Your Cpu temp. might be high. Try placing it in a well ventilated surface also try different video card drivers. That may fix your problem

Hopefully it helps
thanks,

Dual Monitors - why does my second monitor have bad picture?

As long as something isnt broken, using the HDMI and the D-Sub should be fine. From your fuzzy pictures I suggest that you want to double-check your cables.

Have you tried to switch it? If you put the second monitor on the D-SUB and the picture is still faulty, its very likely the problem is your monitor.

I have a Viewsonic Monitor, LED 1080p Full HD. The picture has become a little fuzzy with static like lines. How do I fix it?

The fuzziness and static could be caused by your video-card malfunction. Use your monitor on a different PC to check if this problem still continues.

My monitor got bumped in a move and all of the text on the display is now fuzzy....any suggestions?

Hello,

The picture board on your monitor is malfunctioning that is why the display is now fuzzy, This is a sign that the picture board of your monitor has developed fault.

The best thing for you to do now is to take the monitor to a local repairer within your vicinity to help with the replacement of the picture board because the fault is not something you can fix yourself, in order not to complicate issues.

Take care.
