Craftsman 875188020 air leaks out the side only when trigger is pressed.

All air ratchets have an exhaust. Air in must go somewhere and it will go out the exhaust. Some exit beside the air inlet & some have the air exit out the side of the handle. If the air is not coming out of a defined air orifice, then you may have a worn out gasket where the handle meets the head or you may have a cracked handle. The handle unscrews but you must hold the head in a vise while you use a wrench or adjustable wrench to grip the end of the handle to unscrew it for inspecting the internals.

Fixed leaking faucet, now handles leak at the base & the water pressure is low

No, air can't get trapped in there. I don't think you did anything wrong. It sounds like the valve or internal parts are worn more than new washers take up for. Tightening down the valve just reduced travel for valve to open fully. Can't think of a fix; where's that joe da plumber?

What happens if the air suspension switch is turned off

If nothing is leaking the air suspension will stay in its current position. The switch is primarily used when your vehicle is service on a non drive ion rack. Failure to turn off the air ride before raising the vehicle will cause the air ride to vent. When the vehicle is lowered the rear of the vehicle will be in the fully lowered position.

I have a 1990 Harley Davidson flhs. The air leaks out of the front suspension over a day. The fork seals are not leaking oil. The handle bar serves as the reservoir for the air. Any suggestions where the...

The leak most probably is coming from the seals at the "manifold" assemblies on the very top of the fork tubes. Replacement will require the windshield and speedometer to be removed for access to that area. Also check the hose that runs to the hadlebars are the might be a crack or small hole in it. BTW, while the system is supposed to be an "anti-dive" front end you will suffer no long term ill effects from having no air in it.

sounds like bad air shocks, or a leaking line, most of the time its the shock , they get rusted and dont seal that good anymore and the air slowly leaks out.
