Question about Dell W4201C 42 in. Plasma HDTV
No pic, no sound no warranty :(. I was watching tv one day and it just cut out nothing at all i can kinda see it faintly flashing but nothing no blue bow menus or even volume please help I am watching sports on a regular tv without high def.....that just isn't right,ty in advance
There are no real user serviceable parts in that TV. You could take it to a Repair shop and get an estimate for repair, but it is likely that you might end up getting a replacement for a lower cost. Most TV shops have a checkout fee ($25 to $75) generally. If the screen itself is not bad, then the repair cost shouldn't be too high (Logic board or such)

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
