These are pricy little critters. My shaft broke. I tried cyno acrilate, epoxy but nothing held. I eventually found a piece steel 1/4 D stock and put an all new shaft in. If that had not worked, I would be shelling out $45 for a new switch.

This is usually caused by either a bad door switch, a loose door switch mount, or a problem on the control panel.
Even though a door switch clicks, it may still be bad inside.
