This could be a driver problem.Go to the manufacture website and look for driver downloads but using another computer.The other alt is to phone the manufacturer and ask them to send a disc for that model router.
You could have a week signal also.You may need a booster amp.
Tell your nearest computer shop the problem.Did you get this fault the first time you connected it?If so, it could also be faulty unit.
