My Benq monitor stopped working, I tried turning it on twice and got the logo twice. Then went to search up the problem came back and tried to turn it on again but their's just the green light and no picture. Not even the logo.

You need to open it up and inspect the PCB for bad solder connection or over heated components. Try to re-solder the inverter part of the board. You may recognize that part where the 4 connectors from the backlight tubes can be found.... usually the small transformators (sorry, my technical English is not good) have bad soldering eyes after longer use. This may work if backlight turns on for a few seconds, then the power led is still alight but screen goes dark.... the inverter then "thinks" one of the tubes might be defective and turns power off. Hope this helps a little...
Try to plug into another computer and wait to see.
If it turn up to be same it somewhere defect from the main board of the lcd.
If if not the same turn up to be, you should reinstall the OS because the software is corrupted or your display card problem.
