When printing an incoming email

when printing an incoming email the printer prints three
pages. the incoming is a one page message. page one is a cover page, the second is the message but it starts printing in the center of the page and cosequently cuts the entire right of the message. this does not happen when
i print a letter i composed on windows. I've tried the staples store people and the extended insurance i purchased
but got no help. Can you help?
